What are Giftxie Points?

Giftxie Points are as valuable and flexible as cash. With our program you are able to earn multiple Giftixe Points for every dollar you spend at designated Giftxie Points offers. 100 Giftxie Points are equal to RM 1.00.

You can earn Giftxie Points by shopping at Giftxie.You can track and manage your Giftxie Points by clicking “My Giftxie Point” button on the top bar.

Once you earn Giftxie Points, you can redeem them on all products as a discount. Simply choose to redeem your Giftxie Points at the check out page. Our system will then ask you to choose the amount of Giftxie Points you would like to redeem.

As soon as we receive your order confirmation, we will process your Giftxie Points redemption for a discount on your purchase. Such a deal!

How can I earn Giftxie Points?

To earn Giftxie Points you just have to shop. You can see how many points you will be earning at the product page. This page will also contain other necessary information to redeem the offer and earn the Giftxie Points. 


Giftxie Points are not earned on tax, fees and shipping costs. You cannot earn Giftxie Points when making a purchase with a Shopping Card/Certificate or when making a purchase of a Shopping Card/Certificate.

What happens if I make a return or exchange?

Any exchanges or returns will trigger a recall of your earned or redeemed Giftxie Points. Unless an exchange is made with the similar value.

Do Giftxie Points expire?

Yes, It will expire after 2 years.

How do I see how many Giftxie Points I have?

You can review your Giftxie Points by logging into your account and clicking the My Giftxie Points button located at the top of the page.

Bonus Giftxie Points

There are some items where price discounts may not be allowed due to price sensitivity.

Hence, at Giftxie we will reward such purchase with Bonus Points as a way to reward our corporate members.
There will be a Discription with Bonus Giftxie Points for products that have Bonuses such as these.

Corporate Member Registration

Register as corporate's member

1. Click "Start here" to create an account.

2. For corporate's member please tick "Yes, I am Giftxie corporate's employee".

3. Fill up the information and click "Create an account".

4. To activate your account, click the link in the activation email which has been sent to you.

 

Normal Member Registration

1. Click "Start here" on the Top Right to create an account.

2. Fill up the personal information and click "Create An Account"

3. An activation email will be sent to the email address filled.

4. Click the Activate Button in the activation email to activate your Giftxie account. 

 

How to place an order?

1. Find an item

Enter keywords into the searh box located at the top of any Giftxie page. You can also browse through our categories by clicking the “products”.

2. Learn about the item you found

Read the description of the product.

3. Add item to chart

4. Proceed to Check Out.

(i) Enter the address you wish to ship on the check out page and click " Continue To Payment Method" to continue.

(ii) On the payment page, choose a suitable payment option and click " Continue To Order Review".

(iii) Check your order on the order review page, click "confirm order" to confirm the purchase. 

(iv) Please fill up payment details to complete the purchase.

 

Will I receive any order confirmation after placing an order?

An order confirmation will be sent to you through email right after you have placed order. We will also send email to keep you updated on your order status.

How can I change the details of recipient for my existing order or phone number?

Please kindly send us your inquiry at support@giftxie.com if you want to change the details of recipient for my existing order or phone number.

We will contact you as soon as possible.

If you want to change your account information or future order information, you can log into your Giftxie account and update the details.

How can I change or cancel an item in my existing order?

At Giftxie, cancel an order within 24 hour is allowed. We suggest you to place a new order and place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately by sending us a request to cancel order at support@giftxie.com.

I received an incomplete order, what should I do?

Please notify us immediately at support@giftxie.com so that we are able to assist you promplty.

  • If anything missing out from your order is a part of a product or an item, we will need you to send the whole order back to us. In this case, to assure prompt return resolution, please pack the item in its original package, with full accessoris and invoice.
  • If anything missing out is a gift, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, we will send you a replacement. Please notify us immediately at support@giftxie.com.

I received damaged or defective item, what should I do?

If the item you received is damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement. Please notify us immediately at support@giftxie.com and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Which payment methods does Giftxie offer?

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

Giftxie accepts all Visa and MasterCards, both Credit and Debit, and is 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, and MasterCard Secure) enabled. All your credit card information are protected by means of industry- leading encryption standards.

Please note that additional charges may be incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issued card due to Foreign Exchange.

Do you keep my credit card details?

Your security is important to us and we take it very seriously. Every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.

 

Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?

We can assist you in this case; however, it is not encouraged in terms of transaction safety.

If you want to use a credit card which is not under your name, please contact us through support@giftxie.com so we can provide assistance. We may need you to send us a copy of the cardholder's ID and credit card.

Where can I request an official receipt?

To request an official receipt, please send your request to Support@giftixe.com. We will assist you right away.

For items fulfilled by our merchants, the seller's invoice will be included on the delivery.

For retail items, official receipts can be issued upon request and only when orders are completely delivered. All official receipts will be sent via email.

How can I know if my payment was successful or fail?

An email notification of whether your payment was successful or not will be sent to you once your order has been confirmed.

You can also check your payment status through our Order Tracking tool at Giftxie.com/tracking

Why was my order charged wrong amount?

Your order might incur a shipping fee or bulky fee. 

If your order was indeed charged wrong amount, please contact us at support@giftxie.com.

We will assist you right away.

 

Giftxie Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy allows for item(s) return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a couple simple requirements for processing a return.

You may want to return your order due to any of the following reasons:

Website error The product does not match website specifications, description, or image (this issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation)

 

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  • It is within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
  • The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list 
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted
  • All sealed items must not be opened

In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on your warranty card.

Can I return an item after 14 days upon receipt?

You item cannot be returned after 14 days upon receipt; it can only be serviced.

We suggest you contact and send the item directly to its warranty center for prompt assistance. You can find all the contact information of your product's warranty center on the warranty card inside your package.

 

How do I return an item?

Before returning an item, please check out our Return & Refund Policy to make sure your item is eligible for return.

Then just follow these 5 easy steps:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "My orders"
  3. Pick the order to return and click "Return"
  4. Fill in the online return form
  5. Print out the return slip and include it in your returned package

NOTE: Our online return form can only be accessed when your item has been delivered. In case you have already received your item but still see this message "Item not yet delivered"and cannot access the return form, kindly contact us so we can assist you promptly.

How long will it take to replace an item?

How much will it cost?

Shipment cost/ EMS cost for returns needs to be paid by you first. 
Then after we have received the item, we will conduct an evaluation process and refund the shipment amount if your return is valid.

How much does it cost for shipping fee?

Corporate Members are entitled to Free Shipping, items will be delivered to the Corporate Address listed at Registration.

Corporate Members are entitled for Personal Delivery, however there will be the same surcharge below.

For Non-Corporate Members,  Giftxie offers shipping throughout Malaysia; however, a shipping fee may be applied depending on your order:

  • West Malaysia - RM 8 shipping fees for orders below RM 80
  • East Malaysia - RM 15 shipping fees for orders below RM 100

How do I check my shipping fee when placing an order?

During checkout process, you can check your shipping fee in the Order Summary box.

What is the shipping fee for?

Your shipping fee is used to pay for licensing and insurance that protect you and your goods against unscrupulous or hazardous situations.

When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.

After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

Corporate Member

  • Corporate Office : 5-10 working days

Public / Corporate Home (additional charge)

  • In Metro areas: 1 - 6 working days
  • In Non-Metro areas: 3 - 10 working days

 

How do I use my vouchers

 

Vouchers can only be used during checkout.

  1. At Payment step, you will find a voucher code box under Order Summary (on the right side of the page)
  2. To use your voucher code, enter it in the voucher code box and click "Use Voucher"
  3. A corresponding deduction will be applied to your total amount 

 

Please note that you may need to log in to your account in order to use your voucher. Make sure to check if the voucher has been applied to your purchase before submitting the order.

Please also note that vouchers sometimes have a minimum spend associated to them, and as such might cause your code to be invalid depending on the size of your shopping cart.

 

 

How long is my voucher valid?

It varies. The expiration date is always displayed on your vouchers/ voucher codes.

Generally, vouchers/ voucher codes are valid for 30 days or less. The 30 days starts from the day you are notified that you have received a voucher.

If you receive a voucher code via email, the expiry date of the vouchers/ voucher codes will be indicated in the email.
